The Backpack mode is only available on native apps (iOS/Android/Amazon/Samsung...).
As of now, it is not available on the Web app.
Downloading videos, audiobooks or games to the Backback for offline use is only available for Kidjo members. To download a video, an audiobook or a game into the Backpack:
- Make sure you have a good internet connection. For faster downloading, we recommend a WiFi connection
- Open the folder of the video or audiobook you want to download.
- Click on the download arrow at the right corner of the selected video, audiobook or game.
- Click on Backpack on the button on the left to see all videos, audiobooks or games currently downloaded to the Backpack
Please note that videos, audiobooks or games with a white halo are still downloading and are therefore not ready to be used offline. Downloading can take up to 5 mins depending on the size of the content and the internet connection.
