Step 1 – Restart the app:
Fully close and then restart the app. This often does the trick, since our devices can get a bit overwhelmed sometimes.
Step 2 – Update the app:
Sometimes we find and fix a bug. Keep the app updated for these fixes.
Step 3 – Reinstall the app:
Sometimes crashes happen because of the specific combination of device, platform, OS and programs. Reinstalling the app – deleting it and re-downloading it – can solve a lot of issues.
